I have received the wrong item or the received item is damaged, what to do?
We will do everything to make you happy and offer products of the best possible quality however, products could be damaged during transport. In case you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service department. The best method is to send them an email with a clear picture of the damage so they can easily and quickly be of assistance. Also if you have received the wrong item, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you and make you happy again.
What is the Warrenty Term of your products?
All AMSTERDENIM products carry a warranty period of 24 months from the date of shipment. If the date of shipment cannot be ascertained, product serial numbers could be used to determine the approximate shipping date. Products, however, that failed due to misuse, accident, improper installation or unauthorized repair shall be treated as out of warranty.
The legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer reasonably thinks of it can expect. A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty. In the Netherlands, the legal guarantee has no specified term. In Germany, a legal guarantee period of two years applies.
