How to place an order
Step 1: Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, press the item, select the quantity and press "Add To Cart". To get an overview of the chosen products you can press the shopping cart icon on the top right side of the home page. Here you can change the quatities and also "Proceed To Checkout".
Step 2: Payments
When you have pressed "Proceed To Checkout" you can fill in the address where you would like your items to be shipped to. You do not need an account to place an order, however an account will be usefull to have an insight in your order history. To create an account you can press "Create An Account" on the home page at the top right close to the shopping card icon. After you have filled in a valid address you can choose your payment method and press "Place Order" to proceed.
Step 3: Checking:
In the payment window make sure you do a full check of your order. Are the entered data correct, if not, now is the last time to change. If all is correct you can finalize your order. You will now be send to a secure online payment environment where you can make the payment.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is for free, however at checkout you have the option to choose an insured and expedited shipping via our partner DHL at specified costs. Costs are specified and clear at checkout. If you have any other questions regarding shipping or shipping fees please feel free to contact us.
What is the advantage of having an account?
As an account holder you have the privelege to monitor all of your historic and ongoing orders and also proceed faster through our order process.
How can I create an account?
You do not have an account? Make sure you'll get one. Press"Create An Account" on the home page at the top right close to the shopping card icon.
What payment methods do you offer?
Orders placed on our webshop can be payed via IDEAL, AfterPay, PayPal, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Carte Blue, KBC, Bancontact, Sofort, Banktransfer and Apple Pay.
What payment methods do you offer in your FlagShip Store?
In our FlapShip store we prefer you pay with Bank Card or Credit Card.
When will my order be delivered?
We like you to enjoy your new buy as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 23:59hr will be handled and shipped on the next business day. Normally shipping will take 1-2 business days for The Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries in Europe shipping normally takes around 3- 5 business days. Overseas shipping will normally take around 7 -10 business days.
Can I have my order delivered at a different address?
Off course! Just fill in the address and we will ship the items to the specified address.
What is the status of my shipment?
The status of your shipment can be easily checked via the "Track and Trace" code associated with your order. If you encounter problems with the shipment please feel free to contact us at any point.
I have received the wrong item or the received item is damaged, what to do?
We will do everything to make you happy and offer products of the best possible quality however, products could be damaged during transport. In case you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service department. The best method is to send them an email with a clear picture of the damage so they can easily and quickly be of assistance. Also if you have received the wrong item, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you and make you happy again.
What is the Warrenty Term of your products?
All AMSTERDENIM products carry a warranty period of 24 months from the date of shipment. If the date of shipment cannot be ascertained, product serial numbers could be used to determine the approximate shipping date. Products, however, that failed due to misuse, accident, improper installation or unauthorized repair shall be treated as out of warranty.
The legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer reasonably thinks of it can expect. A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty. In the Netherlands, the legal guarantee has no specified term. In Germany, a legal guarantee period of two years applies.

Yes they can! However, items could be out of stock in the FlagShip store but still available in our online shop.

Prices displayed on our website are all with tax included. Shipping is free of charge!
