When will my order be delivered?


When your order can be shipped is shown in the order confirmation. We ship all our orders for FREE via PostNL or optional via DHL express. Shipment takes place on the same or next working day. That is Monday to Friday except public holidays.

So if you have ordered on a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped on Monday or next working day.

For the Netherlands the following applies: shipped today, delivery tomorrow. Force majeure and unexpected situations of course excluded.

Below an overview of the (indicative) delivery times in all other countries on the day that your order has been shipped

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?


If you are not present at the time the order is delivered, the order is delivered to the neighbours or the package is offered to you again the next day.

If you are not present at the second delivery attempt, the order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. PostNL does in this case a notification in the mailbox, so you can pick up the order yourself.

TIP: Have the order delivered to the address where you are present during the day by entering a different delivery address, for example at work.

 

Can I track the shipping status of my order?


Yes, that's possible. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send an e-mail with a track & trace number, with which you can follow the status of your order after 00.00 hours via the website of PostNL.

There is one exception: products that fit through the letter box (such as gift vouchers etc.) are treated as letterbox mail. It is not possible to follow the shipping status of this order.

Yes, we ship worldwide with PostNL

Exchange & Returns

After how many days can I exchange or return an item?


You may return or exchange the goods within 60 days after you have received the item(s) without giving a reason. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goodsbefore the period of 14 days has expired.”

The withdrawal period will expire after 60 days from the day on which you acquire -or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires- physical possession of the product(s).

Your return request is valid if it has been delivered to the store within 60 days or has been sent to us.

Are there any costs associated with the exchange or return?


Return shipments are without costs but are at risk of the buyer. This means that AMSTERDENIM  is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.

Can I exchange or return an item that has been worn or used?


No, unfortunately that is not possible. We expect the product(s):

-not to be worn or used in any other way, aside from trying on for size

-in original (new) condition if reasonably possible

-including all labels and bags

Of course you can try items before you decide to exchange or return them to us. Clothes can best be fitted in a room with a neutral smell.

You are liable for products that are damaged or that have traces of use that go beyond what is necessary to determine the operation, characteristics or nature of the product. For this we reserve the right to charge costs.

How do I return my order?


The easiest and fastest way is to send an email to info@amsterdenim.com. Our customer service department will provide you with a return label that you can use to ship your item back to us, to return address: Amsterdenim BV, Spijkerkade 11, 1021 JS, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

I have lost my return form. Can I receive it again?


No problem! We will send you another.

How long will it take for my payment to be refunded?


After we receive your return shipment, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction was performed. This happens in any case within 5 working days.

If you have paid via iDEAL or PayPal, you generally have your purchase price returned the next working day.

If you have paid with a credit card, it may take longer before the money is back on your account. This depends on the credit card company and your bank. It can take up to 1 week or longer for the refund to be processed. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

 

On which account will my payment be refunded?


We will carry out reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Were can i find a return form



No form needed, simply contact us and we'll send you a return sticker with the return address and bar code already on it. You can either print this and put on the package or have it scanned and printed at the post office;
